No scholar has reached this status in many years, but the objects still exist (having been stolen from the Skraelene vaults most likely). This probably belonged to one of those great Scholars. Usable by Scholar and Lich only. (Effects: +2 Dark, +2 Learning (of the Jajarb with complete set.))
