Ну так как я ни разраб, ни задумщик, то я то таких людей не знаю, но можешь создать тему на форуме, где предложишь создать какую либо расу и собрать команду, как это сделал 3DogMZA. Одна такая команда уже есть, называется Storm. Посмотри по форуму где и что. А вообще есть раздел... кажется новые идеи. Вот там выкладывают идеи по созданию рас.
