Простите, но не очень понимаю что происходит. Почему голосование встало? Если оно закончено - почему не объявлен результат? Такое ощущение что все просто плюнули на затею. Надо же дело до конца довести! Если по голосованию вышло что будет ГИ, так давайте продолжим, если же нет, то хоть будем знать что такой организации не будет.
