Vanilla tutorial feature was removed from the game in ToE. So the Tutorial commands do not work. I have a version that is working but is based on the 5.5 file so is of little use. Compare data/uiconsts.(UIGameConstsH5).xdb of Vanilla and ToE and you will get what I mean.
