I is big bonus for skeletons, my opinion 1st defender shoudnt must fight and second we shoud cut necro from 10%-20%-30% to 10%-15%-25% and lvl artifacts giving bonuce to necro increase(all artifacts was lvl 3). And cumputers cant build necro amplifier( in program lvl). Because all players when look any necro hero on XL+U maps going to necro.
