let's take Sylvan's Green Dragon for example, the way it's implemented in Tribes of the East. (no changes were made) the the regular attack's color is green, and i want to change the attack's color to blue. (only a visual change)

I'm asking again, please answer me

Hi, How can I change the color of the dragon's breath? (like green dragon's breath from green to blue)
