That is alright. Formula for " Spirit link " is SQUARE_ROOT(damage + 6)/12. More mana is gained as you hit multiple times, not with higher damage.

Do you have any other mods installed? What happens when you generate a map with the Map Editor?

While in game, I go to options - > "audio and video". Play with the options there and check if anything helps.

Do you have any additional mods or custom maps installed? Remove them and try starting a new game.

Russification is maintained by community. It is very likely it will have one for the next release but when it will be done I cannot say as the mod dev team is not involved.
